Preparation to install new drywall to an existing or new construction home is crucial to the final appearance. In the past, we have experienced in older homes where the framing needs to be modified. We will evaluate the rooms which will be dry walled to insure proper framing is in place. Once the installation of the new walls or ceiling, we can install a smooth or textured finish. After, applying the type of finish the final application is ready. The surface requires a primer and two top coats of paint.
If the room is a kitchen or bathroom we recommend moisture/ mildew resistant additive put in the paint, this will insure no build up of mold or mildew on the walls or ceiling surfaces. We will work closely with the homeowner on choosing the right colors in each room, sometimes this means matching furniture, cabinets, and countertops to get that perfect custom look. Our photo gallery shows the framing modifications, new drywall installation, and the final painted and textured surfaces.
